Net Co Agency contracts with businesses to perform marketing services on their behalf. Some tasks may involve designing, deploying, analyzing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to inform you of the products or services our clients can offer to you, or to otherwise communicate with you. Other examples may include analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and technical support for our services, and performing analysis related to our clients’ marketing activities.
In the course of working with clients and vendors, NETCO AGENCY DOES NOT KNOWINGLY ACCEPT, COLLECT OR PROCESS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII) FROM OR FOR CLIENTS, PARTNERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS. We work strictly with anonymized or aggregated data sets. If, in the course of the agreed upon scope of work, a partner uses their own or 3rd party database(s) containing PII, NetCo Agency requires that the partner sends the document(s) containing PII directly and securely to the 3rd party advertising network, platform or brokerage service(s) that will be used in the campaign(s). If NetCo Agency is to communicate with a 3rd party network, platform or brokerage service(s) on behalf of a client, NetCo Agency requires that the client sends us only encrypted and secured files that are not accessible by parties other than the authorized advertising network, platform or brokerage service(s). NetCo Agency permanently deletes any files containing PII from our servers and cloud-based storage systems after they’ve been received by the 3rd party advertising network, platform or brokerage service(s).
